ur mission is to provide specialized behavioral health services to individuals, children and families in our multi-cultural communities in order to strengthen family life and promote personal growth. We strive to deliver services in a respectful, responsive and efficient manner. Services and support are provided with a team approach, coordinating care between staff members with differing expertise. Designed to provide meaningful assistance to the individual in acquiring and maintaining those physical, mental, and social skills which enable the individual to function most effectively with the demands of his or her own person or environment.

Dr. Douglas W Adams, M.D

Dr. Adams is board certified in Child / adolescent and General Psychiatry. He also works with U.A.B as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member, and consults with the Riley Center for Applied Behavioral Analysis, and with three of the N. Alabama Mental Health Centers. Dr. Adams has a particular interest in working with Autistic Children, ADD/ADHD, military members and their families.
Dr. Regina Doody, General Psychiatry

Deora (Dee) Johnson, APRN, BC
Dee Johnson is a faculty member at Oakwood College Nursing program.  He is a Certified Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and treats all psychiatric disorders in adults.  He is pursuing a Doctorate in Nursing and will also be certified as a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating all ages in the near future.
